ALA Membership Campaign Launched April 17

The 2023 ALA membership campaign officially began April 17 and will run through June 30.

This year, 10 ALA members have volunteered to participate in the campaign, each with the goal to recruit a minimum of two new members. The overall recruitment goal for this year’s campaign is 40 new members.

Rick Seidman, president of Quoizel, is the chair of this year’s campaign and will work closely with ALA Director of Membership Jack Grandel. “I’m looking forward to another year of working with this committed group of ALA members to expand and improve the association,” said Grandel.

This year, ALA will offer several incentives to those who join the association. New manufacturer members will receive 50 percent off their first year’s dues and all new showrooms and manufacturer’s representatives will receive a 25-percent discount off their first year’s dues. All new members, regardless of membership type, will qualify to send one delegate to this year’s annual conferefence at half off.

The Membership Campaign Committee is designed to increase the number of successful campaign commitments, as well as further encourage active participation in the association. Campaign participants will follow up with their commitments to discuss the programs offered by the association and ensure they are taking advantage of the benefits available to them as ALA members.

For more information on this campaign, please contact Jack Grandel at Jack@ALALighting.com or 214-698-9898, ext. 235.
