ALA Introduces Live Online Member Forums

First Forum Scheduled for March 5

Since ALA members find such tremendous value in networking during Conference and other ALA events at Lightovation, ALA has created a way for members to connect more often all year long.

A new ALA member benefit for 2024, Live Member Forums will feature guest speakers who will discuss topics relevant to your business — whether you are a manufacturer, showroom, or representative. Each live session is FREE with your ALA membership and will include a Q&A discussion portion at the end of each presentation.

Showroom members will not want to miss the first Member Forum, which will be held on March 5, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (CT)  The featured speaker will be Matt Rowan, Vice President, Residential Lighting & Marketing, ASID, LS, at Dominion Lighting, which operates three showrooms on the East Coast and has received18 awards for excellence including best Lighting Showroom – East/Atlantic Region at the January 2024 ARTS Awards.

In the March LIVE Member Forum session Showrooms are Obsolete. Experiences Aren't. Reimagining Your Lighting Business to Engage and Inspire, Matt will show real examples of how showroom owners can make the necessary changes and invest in their business for profit and success. During the Q & A discussion portion, participants are encouraged to ask Matt questions or discuss any obstacles that they may have with merchandising and other areas.
