ALA SEEKS DIRECTOR OF MEMBERSHIP TO GUIDE ASSOCIATION GROWTH

The American Lighting Association (ALA) is seeking applicants for the role of director of membership. This position is responsible for leading the association’s membership recruitment and retention programs. 

The ALA director of membership will be responsible for managing the membership lifecycle, while supervising ongoing member care and relations. According to the job posting, the ideal candidate for this role will be a strong communicator who is outgoing, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

We are seeking a director of membership who is eager to embrace the growth and innovation in our industry and develop new ideas to support the association.” 

In addition to serving as the principal contact for ALA members, the director of membership will design and implement ALA’s membership growth and retention strategies in alignment with the association’s recently developed three-year strategic plan. This position reports to the vice president of finance, HR & benefits, and requires close work with the association’s marketing and communications team.
