Internationally Recognized Success Strategist to Speak at ALA Conference

The 2022 ALA Conference in Austin, Texas, Sept. 11-13, at the Austin Marriott Downtown will feature expert speakers highlighting a range of topics related to lighting, business, and personal growth. Internationally recognized keynote speaker and success strategist for high-performing leaders and teams, Betsy Allen-Manning, founder of Motiv8u Enterprises, will present a breakout session and speak during the Women in Lighting event on Monday, Sept. 12.

In her breakout session, Allen-Manning will present proven strategies for building intentional success. She will provide tools to develop the mindset, habits, and game plan to reach the next level in business and personal growth. This presentation is designed to help attendees create a vision for the future. Additionally, Allen-Manning will share her five-step strategy for achieving any goal. 

During the Women in Lighting event, Allen-Manning will take a deep dive into impact leadership, covering how to effectively develop talent, create a sense of purpose, and build a culture people love. Based on her TEDx talk, this presentation will provide a blueprint for becoming a more effective communicator and creating a sense of purpose beyond the paycheck.
