First Six Sales Training Courses Now Available

The first six courses in the 10-part sales training series by ALA and Mark Okun, LS, of Mark Okun Consulting, are now available in the ALA member store. ALA first announced the release of a new 10-part webinar series on sales training last year with the release of the first three courses. Okun has now completed the next set of three, which cover the topics of greetings and relationship building, understanding customer needs, as well as sales and personal presentation.
