The Action Agenda is intended to chart a path forward for the American Lighting Association's leadership, members and staff.
The association's primary goals are to serve its membership and their customers, protect and advance industry interests, and promote the sale and proper application of quality lighting products.
ALA continues to chart a path forward and provide growth opportunities for its members through education, networking, consumer awareness, government engagement, technology standards development, and inspired leadership.
The Action Agenda serves to support and guide the actions and activities of ALA's leadership and staff for the coming year, and is broken down into the association's strategic areas of focus, which include:
- Advertising, Marketing and Communications
- Education and Networking
- Technology, Engineering and Government Engagement
ALA members are encouraged to review the 2019 Action Agenda and to become invovled in and provide input on ALA's activities to help lead the industry.
