2024 Lighting Magazine Ad Sales Open
The ALA Advertising & PR Program has opened sales for ad space in the 2024 issue of Lighting magazine, which will now be published under the Traditional Home brand, part of the Dotdash Meredith (DDM) Luxury Home Portfolio. The enhanced branding will align the magazine with upscale consumers, showrooms, and builders.
Advertising opportunities in Lighting magazine are exclusively available to ALA-member manufacturers. Ad sales close Feb. 14, 2024, and the full ad sales sheet can be viewed here.
Lighting magazine provides advertisers with high product and brand visibility to a targeted audience of consumers who are actively engaged in planning a remodeling or renovation project that includes new lighting. In addition to newsstand exposure, the magazine is also distributed through ALA-member showrooms across the U.S. and Canada where it is used as an inspiring sales tool to guide buying decisions.
In addition to exposure in the print publication, Lighting is also integrated on BHG.com and displayed and promoted through Traditional Home's Instagram. Advertisers in Lighting also receive discounted rates for ads within the DDM Luxury Home Portfolio.
Advertisers who purchase premium space receive added benefits, including professionally produced promotional videos and additional social media spots featuring their brand's spokesperson shot during June Lightovation. These videos are also promoted on ALA's website, blogs, social media, and consumer e-newsletter. Premium advertisers also receive a complimentary full-page ad in one, additional DDM Luxury Home Portfolio magazine and discounted rates on additional ads. Plus, they receive brand mention in lighting content on BHG.com and inclusion in a Traditional Home Instagram story.
