CEO, Hubbardton Forge
Dillon joined Hubbardton Forge in 2009, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in highend furniture manufacturing. He has held senior leadership roles with high-profile companies, where he was directly responsible for general management, along with key sales and marketing functions. Dillon’s depth of knowledge of the key sales channels – showroom, internet, design trade, and commercial – are critical to the success that Hubbardton Forge enjoys today. Under Dillon’s leadership, Hubbardton Forge is witnessing a transformation to a company on the leading edge of innovative use of LED, pushing the boundaries of the use of metals and other materials by a talented team of designers, substantial expansion of manufacturing capabilities, and exploring new avenues of digital and experiential communications with disruptive marketing strategies that target each sales channel. In his role as chairman, Dillon’s innovative ideas and commitment to growth, expansion and improvement will lead the association forward during this time of rapid industry change.

During his tenure as president and owner of The Carlson Group, Quackenbush has won numerous awards. He brings his leadership, skills and business savvy to ALA through his service on the Board of Governors.

He is a strong proponent of the many networking and business opportunities and benefits provided by membership in the association.
