Next Set of Sales Training Courses to Launch in December
The next three courses in the ALA Sales Training course series are set to launch this December. The courses, created in partnership with Mark Okun, LS, of Mark Okun Consulting, cover basic sales training. Each webinar presents some of the fundamental and foundational information needed in the retail selling process for lighting showrooms.
The courses set to launch in December include:
Lesson 4: Greetings & Relationships - Introduction to Interpersonal Skills
Lesson 5: Discovery – What is the Customer Really Buying?
Lesson 6: Presentation – It’s Showtime!
ALA members will be able to purchase the courses online in the ALA member store. The first three courses on a success mindset, today’s customer and the consumer-driven process are already available in the store for purchase. Members will receive an email notification when the next three courses are online.
