ALA will host a free webinar on lighting and the requirements of the 2022 Title 24 Energy Code (Title 24, Part 6). The webinar will review indoor and outdoor lighting luminaire and control requirements, in addition to pointing out resources available from the industry supporting single-family lighting design and install.

• Recognize that Energy Code Mandatory Measures require use of only "high-efficacy" lighting and address two types of lighting sources that would qualify (lighting that is automatically high efficacy and lighting certified and marked as high efficacy per JA8).
• Identify Mandatory Measures for lighting controls by location.
• Identify specific lighting technologies that meet the 2022 high-efficacy requirements including JA8 certified products.
• Identify available lighting resources and interactive tools on Energy Code Ace, California Energy Commission, and other industry resources.
