So what happens when a client/customer comes to your showroom with a “lighting plan” that you know will not actually perform well?  How do you handle that professionally and “politically” in order to make sure that your client/customer is happy?  Because selling them lights that might be good quality but not in the right places will not end up well for anyone.  We will talk about quick techniques to not only analyze a set of plans, but how to suggest improvements that will keep everyone happy.
