ENERGY STAR Finalizes Luminaires Specification Version 2.1

ENERGY STAR has finalized changes to the specifications for luminaires. The minor adjustments made in Version 2.1 reflect input submitted by ALA members on such topics as testing, flicker, recessed luminaires and correlated color temperature. You can read the full text of the Version 2.1, here.
