As Senior Director of Education at ALA, Nici Juneau is responsible for managing and developing educational content for members. Education for the membership encompasses live and on demand training, virtual training and various certification programs. 

Most recently, Nici was responsible for leading the effort to make all of ALA's live webinars free to members, a benefit she saw the need for and developed the means by which ALA could bring this service to its membership. She has overseen multiple rewrites of ALA's Residential Lighting Training Manual, new training webinars for ALA's Lighting Associate program, and various specialized training programs throughout her years at the association. 

Nici has been with ALA for more than 22 years. She graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids.
