Laurie Gross was named Interrim President CEO in early 2025. As a past ALA Board of Governors member and Chair, Laurie was appointed to the role of President & CEO by the ALA Executive Committee. Laurie has served in a multitude of ALA leadership positions as well as running her own company, Gross Electric.

Laurie brings a wealth of experience and leadership as Gross Electric celebrates 115 years of serving the Toledo commjnity. Her experience will ensure that ALA continues to build on the momentum and progress over the last few years.
