ALA is working with California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) to bring Prop 65 relief to manufacturers and showrooms. The process is moving into the scientific review phase and OEHHA is requesting specific information to help inform their decision.
Without assistance from manufacturers, ALA cannot move forward. Companies willing to participate will not be named to OEHHA. OEHHA is seeking the following information:
the names of the chemicals in the relevant products product category any testing or scientific evaluation for exposure to those chemicals
