The safety and wellbeing of our members is always ALA’s top priority. As we prepare for this event, we are in active communication with the resort staff to ensure as safe an experience as possible for all ALA Conference attendees.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be granted upon written request as follows:
- If received by Aug. 6 - less $50 processing fee (per person).
- If received by Aug. 27 - less $100 cancellation fee (per person).
No refunds will be granted after Aug. 27.
