List 3 Tariff Exclusions

Wednesday, January 22, 2020/Categories: Public Policy

The American Lighting Association (ALA) is tracking all lighting-related tariff exclusions granted from List 3. A complete list of granted lighting-related exclusions can be found on ALA’s government engagement webpage.

Tariffs paid on products imported under a covered exclusion are available for retroactive relief from the initial effective date of Sept. 24, 2018. Importers must request a refund by filing a Post Summary Correction (PSC) with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

More information and the criteria associated with filing a PSC can be found on the CBP website.

Specific PSC questions can be directed to CBP.
